Finding A Suitable Asset
This part of the resource is aimed at voluntary and community organisations who are interested in asset transfer.
This section will guide you through the process of planning what you want from your prospective asset or facility and how to find it.
Throughout this resource you will be offered the opportunity to complete an Action Plan that you can save onto your computer. At various stages you will be given the chance to tick boxes to show you have completed certain sections of your Plan. You will also be given the chance to add key pieces of information (eg contact details for an architect) to your Plan.
